Cooking as per my first recipe on this blog π
Only this time i used a mixture of sheep cheese and grated parmesan cheese (a part of my “questing after substitute of Datsi/cheese” project; my personal project trying to find the closest substitute of cheese found in bhutan)
Amount of Cheese used:
30 gr. each of Sheep Cheese and grated Parmesan Cheese, one can go up to 50 gr. each of the mixture (free to choose)
